Marinda Davis
Power Pak 1999 & 2000:
Orginally from Tampa, Florida now residing in New York, Marinda is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Dance and a minor in musical theatre. Her performing credits range from dancing back up for Sting in Superbowl 2001 as well as with 98º in Pro Bowl 2001, and appearing in regional productions as Frenchy in “Grease”, Cathy Hiatt in “The Last 5 Years”, Glenda in “The Wizard of Oz”, and Judas’ Tormentor in “Jesus Christ Superstar.” She was one of Dance Spirit Magazine’s first Future Star scholarship recipients, and as a performer, held several regional and national titles. She recently starred in a dance on film work choreographed by downtown choreographer Andrea Gise entitled “Cavaleir Eternal” and performed in Broadway Dance Center’s Choreography Showcase in a piece by Sheila Barker whom she presently trains with. She now choreographs for R&B recording artist Trumaine Lamar and has worked as an assistant to choreographers Lisa Allain, Kacy Combs, and Ray Leaper. Marinda currently teaches at several studios within the tri-state area, traveling on weekends setting choreography on various studios across the country as well as judging and teaching on the convention/competition circuit. Her choreography continues to be recognized on a regional and national level, bringing home top scores for her students. In 2005 she was named ADFA’S Young Choreographer of the Year, and recently joined the faculty of Starpower’s Power Pak.

Jason Janas
Power Pak 1998:
Jason Janas originally hails from the northern New Jersey area, and more recently from Charlotte, NC. His dance education is highlighted by his tenure as a charter member of the New Jersey Tap Ensemble, where Jason began his rhythm tap career under the direction of Ms. Deborah Mitchell. His interaction with other with tap dancers such as Mike Minery, Karen Calloway Williams, and Paris Mann of the NJTE, and with Ted Levy, influenced and ignited his career. He has performed with Mike Minery at the Supper Club in NYC, and more recently with Adrienne Canterna in Washington DC attended by V-P Cheney.

Besides personal performances, Jason teaches for Stepp With Me Dance Convention, Dance Power Express, and Dance Masters of America. Jason has instructed at Rhythm Dance Studio in Charlotte NC for several years. His tap dance choreography won the nationally televised July 2001 Showstopper National Talent Competition, while his horeography received a Runner-Up award for July 2002. Jason continues to teach and choreograph from coast-to-coast while he continues to grow as a rhythm tap dancer.


Patrick Brennan
Power Pak 1999:
West Coast Tour
Patrick has been dancing for eleven years and is now pursuing his professional dance career. He was mostly recently seen in New York City performing at the “Elan Awards” in Mark Marino’s American Dance Company’s piece “Strange Attractions.” Pat also performed with the American Dance Company at the International Dance Festival. Other credits include: “Nights on Broadway” at Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City; a show choreographed and directed by A.C. Ciulla. Pat was recently a Power Pak Team Leader in the summer of 2004 and his next venture will take him across seas with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Daniel Vaniska
Power Pak 1998
Daniel has definitely been keeping busy since his Power Pak Tour in 1998. He just returned from a two month run of Footloose at The Carousel Dinner Theatre in Ohio, choreographed and directed by Emmy award winning and Tony nominated Broadway choreographer AC CIULLA! Daniel has also performed in the first national tour of The Music Man with original choreography by Susan Stroman. He performed in Atlantic City for two consecutive years in the Broadway Revue productions entitled Nights on Broadway II & III at Caesar's Palace directed by Sean Havens and AC CIULLA. Daniel's industrial/TV appearances include: major events for Volkswagon Germany as well as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He can also be seen on television screens in Spain for the Spanish National Lottery. Prior to Daniel's professional career he held numerous titles, including 2001 National Outstanding Dancer for New York City Dance Alliance. He was also a recipient of Broadway Dance Center's Richard Ellner Scholarship. In addition to performing, Daniel is a guest teacher and choreographer for many studios. He currently lives in New Jersey, but plans on making the big move to NYC in 2006.

Tabitha Lyn Filipski
Power Pak 2006 - 2007
Tabitha is 9 yrs old and has been dancing with Power Pak for the last two years and has learned so much! Tabitha just auditioned among 600 kids from around the world, for the New York City Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and was the youngest member selected! She will be in the opening act with Camp Broadway at the parade. Her family is very excited and feel that between her teacher Stacy Biscontini and her Power Pak teachers that she really has become a great dancer. Tabitha and her family also learned so much from Power Pak's nutritionist, Toni Branner. She has changed their lives and feel she is a great asset to the Power Pak program. Tabitha's parents are extremely proud of all her accomplishments and know she will succeed in her dancing career!

Rachel Segreti
Power Pak 2005 - 2006
Rachel attended Power Pak New Orleans 2005 and Myrtle Beach 2006. She is an eight year student at Galloway’s Studio of Dance in Slidell, Louisiana and has been competing for six years. She enjoys classes in jazz, tap, and lyrical, but her passion is ballet. She was recently cast in the Delta Festival Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker. She has won numerous awards and titles on the regional and national level and is a Starpower Platinum soloist. Her greatest accomplishment thus far, was winning the Louisiana Association of Dance Masters 2006 Petite Miss Dance of Louisiana.


Tyler DuBoys
Orlando Junior Power Pak 2004 & 2005
Tyler DuBoys currently lives in Orange, Connecticut and attends Betsy Ross Arts Magnet School in New Haven, where his emphasis is on acting. For the past five years, Tyler has also been studying dance at the Connecticut Dance Conservatory. Just recently his hard work has begun to pay off…

In the fall of 2004 Tyler was selected out of almost 200 kids to become one of 32 children to star in “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat,” starring Jon Secada, at the Shubert Theatre. The Shubert Theatre called on Tyler’s many talents again the following fall to perform in the theater’s premier production of “Anne of Green Gables.” This role he received with out even auditioning.

Tyler’s most recent role took him out of his hometown and all the way to the windy city, where he is playing the role of “The Young Boy” in “Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular” starring the Rockettes. At the age of 10 he is already a member of the American Guild of Variety Artists and has many professional credits on his resume. Upon the completion of his role in the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular” Tyler looks forward to returning home to continue his training in acting, dance and voice.

Ashley M. Eichbauer
Power Pak 1998
Originally from Florida where she trained in the disciplines of tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, pointe, acrobatics, and ariel work, Ashley has shared her talents in Florida, Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Chicago, New York, and New Jersey. A scholarship recipient educated at NYU in the Tisch School of the Arts CAP 21 Program, Ashley received her BFA with honors in musical theatre double majoring in history. She was a dancer and dance captain at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia for two summers, with 98º and N'Sync at the Pro Bowl, was Dance Master of America's Junior, Teen and Miss Dance of Florida and was the overall high scoring soloist and National Miss Starpower at the Texas World Championships in 1998. Ashley appeared in NYC in the St. Bart's Players production of "Brigadoon," in New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse Production of "Guys and Dolls" and most recently in the Pittsburgh CLO productions of "Tommy" and "Carousel". She is currently teaching, choreographing, and judging for a variety of organizations while pursuing her career in theatre. Ashley resides in New York City.

Amber Murnick
Orlando Power Pak 2005
Since Amber completed her tour this summer, she has been finishing her last semester as a senior in high school, participating in workshops/classes in the Chicago-land area and has also performed in a Benefit for Hurricane Katrina Relief. She has five very exciting months ahead of her as she will be attending the Gus Giordano Dance Center on scholarship, a scholarship she received while on her Power Pak tour. Amber admits that upon her invitation to Power Pak she was unsure if she should participate, but is now very glad that she did. She received great opportunities and learned first hand how exhausting it is to be in classes all day and rehearsals all night. But, as a dancer Amber is willing to do anything for dance, as it is what she loves to do. “Power Pak was a great experience for me and if anyone should have the opportunity to be a part of it, my advice would be to take it!”

Deanna Karlheim
Power Pak Ocean City 2003:
Deanna Karlheim is now 14 years old and attending Baltimore School of the Arts. She just recently performed with the Phoenix Rising Dance Studio in their production of the Nutcracker. Not only was Deanna in the Nutcracker she performed the starring role as Clara.

Hannah Glaser
Las Vegas Power Pak 2004
Hannah is currently 12 years old and in the sixth grade, living in her hometown of Evansville , Indiana . Hannah was a performer in the 2004 Las Vegas Power Pak and then had the opportunity to compete at Starpower's World Championship in Myrtle Beach , all within the same summer. In Myrtle Beach Hannah's 8 and under line won first place in the Battle of the Stars. Since her busy 2004 summer, Hannah is now a cheerleader at her school and a member of the Dance Company at her studio, Acros Starquest Dance.

Isabella Calogero
Power Pak 2004 & 2005:
Isabella is now 11 years old and is training at The Rhinebeck Dance Centre with the one & only well Known Michele Ribble & her wondeful instructors.  She continues to be on a dance team for The Rhinebeck Dance Centre' (for all styles of dance) as well as on a Tap team called Metro-Gnomes. She is still competing & was part of TAP CITY this year & performed @ the Symphony Space in NYC!...Having Chloe Arnold as her instuctor...what a wonderful experience!

Christie Dioro
Orlando Power Pak 2004
Christie started dancing at Sandra Lynn's School of Dance at the age of two and she hasn't stopped since. She has attended numerous regional competitions, including DEA, Showstoppers American Dance Championships, Starquest, and of course her favorite: Starpower National Talent Competition, to name a few. Christie has also attended many workshops such as Dance Masters of PA and West Coast Dance Explosion to further her dance training. Christie's favorite part of dancing is performing though. She has performed as a featured dancer in two shows of Spartan Stars and is a regular performer in her school talent show. She most recently performed at Senator Regola's Kids Rock Expo.

Emily Tarallo
Power Pak 2000& 2003:
Since Emily's Power Pak tours in 1999 and 2001 she has been very busy. She is now a current member of the Illusion Dance Company. A performance and competition team from Stella's Dancers Studio in Cooper City, Florida. Emily is training in jazz, lyrical, ballet, musical theater and many other forms of dance. When not in Florida , Emily loves to go to the big city and take classes at Broadway Dance Center , to further her dance training.

Cheyenne Green
Power Pak 2004
Cheyenne is 10 years old and currently living in Simi Valley , California . She has been dancing at the Simi Dance Center under the instruction of Jennifer Allen, Jennifer Mumford, and Brianna Dieter since 1999. Cheyenne also trains at the Broadway Dance Center as much as she can under teachers such as, Frank Hatchett, Chio Yamada and Kevin Mahar. She has been the recipient of many awards and scholarships, such as Tremaine Scholarship Winner, the “Fame” Award, and Hip-Hop Scholarship winner from the 2005 Jump Convention, to name a few.

Elinor McCutchen
Power Pak 2003 Orlando Tour:
Elinor is finishing her junior year in high school while juggling dance competitions and classes, gymnastics, varsity cheerleading, and teaching a dance class of her own. Elinor recently returned from NYC where she took classes from some of today’s most well-known choreographers and performed in a NYC theater. Elinor was also able to take class at Broadway Dance Center while she was there. As a result of her hard work in New York, Elinor has been invited to be an Assistant Dance Instructor and travel to different cities helping instruct dance convention classes all across the country. Elinor’s immediate future is to finish her last year of high school and continue her education in dance, while incorporating as many special opportunities with dance companies and groups, such as Power Pak.

Auriel Welty
Orlando Power Pak 2004
Auriel has been dancing for six years and competing for four as a member of the Western Pennsylvania Performing Arts Company of Sandra Lynn’s School of Dance. She has competed on both regional and national levels in dance at various competitions. Although she has performed in a number of exhibitions and competitions, her favorite performance was in Magic Kingdom for the Orlando Power Tour of 2004. She has received many awards and recognitions, including a scholarship to attend the Edge Center for Performing Arts in Los Angeles, CA and her most recent accomplishment being an invitation to be a part of the National Young Scholars Program. An invitation she received by the National Center for Early Academic Excellence for her scholastic achievements and outstanding leadership potential.
