Noelle cannot remember a time in her life prior to dance. Growing up as a dance studio and competition owner’s daughter, she was mesmerized by this industry. Noelle trained under her father, Gary Pate and other well-known Master Teachers, Choreographers and Mentors and continued dancing through college. After graduating from UNCW nearly 14 years ago with a degree in Elementary Education and Psychology, Noelle decided to become more active in Starpower. She joined the team full time and has learned the business from the ground up.
In 2017, Noelle took on a larger role within Starpower, officially leading the organization. Noelle is committed to continuous learning, coaching and mentoring her team, creating a positive and fun client experience!
